Borrego is for older Scouts who have earned most of the merit badges at camp and are looking for a fun and challenging wilderness experience. It includes a full week of hiking, horseback riding, shooting sports, backpacking, rock climbing, C.O.P.E., and more! 
 
Borrego is designed to take summer camp at Lost Valley to the next level, and take advantage of the many wilderness program opportunities around the valley.
 
Borrego is open to Scouts, Venturers, and Varsity Team members, ages 13 to 20. You can come with your troop, or sign up as a Venture Crew or Varsity Team. Female Scouts are welcome, but the unit leadership must include at least one over-21 female.
 
Borrego will be available all weeks of summer camp in 2024.
